  1. Ingredients
    2-Fish fillet
    3-cup flour
    5- Beryl can Malt drink
    -A small spoon of:
    4- Shatta
    5-onion powder
  2. Minced garlic
    7- Four large spoons lemon juice
    8-1/2 cups yogurt
    9-1/2 cup mayonnaise
    10- A small spoon of honey
    11- Green coriander
    12-Red and white cabbage
    13-Red and green onions
    14-Sliced Tomato
    15-Tortilla bread

-Step 1
. To prepare the coleslaw by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl and setting aside
-Step 2
Prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside
-Step 3
. Prepare the tempura mixture by combining flour, beer and spices in a medium mixing bowl. And mix well
Heats the oil well
-Step 4
Dip the fish in the batter and fry for two minutes on each side or until golden brown.
-Step 5
Remove the fish from the oil and place it on a wire rack
-Step 6
Heat the tortillas to taste. Assemble tacos by adding fish, coleslaw, tomato slices, and onions to the tortillas. Top with sauce and extra cilantro, to taste.
