Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world, but it’s also one of the most misunderstood. The biggest problem with coffee is that people don’t realize how many benefits it actually has! If you drink coffee regularly then here are some things that it can do for you:

Reduce your risk of heart disease by lowering your cholesterol levels and improving your blood pressure

Boost your memory and cognitive function by increasing blood flow to the brain

Help you lose weight by speeding up your metabolism and reducing your appetite

Help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer because it contains magnesium which helps relax muscles and reduce anxiety

Give you more energy throughout the day because it contains caffeine which acts as a stimulant (but don’t worry, it won’t make you jittery or make it hard to fall asleep at night like other drinks might!

Harms of drinking coffee Of course, just like anything else in life, there are some downsides to drinking coffee too. Here are some things to watch out for if you want to make sure that this drink is doing its job without causing any harm:

If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding then avoid drinking coffee because it can cause problems with sleep patterns in infants

Don’t mix alcohol with coffee because they both act as diuretics which means that they both make you pee more than usual so when combined together they will dehydrate you much quicker than normal- If you have anxiety or other mood disorders then avoid drinking coffee because it has been shown to increase anxiety in some people (although how much depends on the individual) so again if you have anxiety please talk with a doctor before starting on any new medications or adding something new into your diet!
